You will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders placed before 4pm EST will most likely ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will usually be shipped the following business day. Tracking information will typically be provided the following business day after the item has been shipped.

Can you guarantee that my item will ship the same day if my order is placed before 4pm EST?

No, we make every effort to ship in stock orders out the same day, however, things happen which cause delays in shipment processing. If the item is urgently needed, please contact us to verify there will be no issues getting the order shipped out the same day.

When will I get my tracking information?

Tracking information will typically be provided the following business day after the item has shipped.

Our primary shipping warehouse is in York, Pennsylvania. If the item(s) being purchased are not in stock in our primary warehouse, we will attempt to ship from one of our supply partner warehouses located across the United States.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over $500. Orders placed using the free shipping method will be shipped UPS Ground. Restrictions apply: Continental United States Only. Does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Does not apply to packages over 50 pounds.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time depends on the method of shipping selected. Most customers receive their product within 1-6 business days. Shipping outside of the USA can cause delays due to customs checks.

Do you guarantee UPS service?

Unfortunately, once the item leaves our dock, we have no control over whether or not the shipping carrier gets the package to you on time. We do not provide refunds on shipping for carrier delays. We will, however, submit a claim on your behalf to the shipping carrier.
